Is anyone else having issues with sales tracking and ad delivery in Meta Ads Manager?

Hi everyone, is anyone else having trouble with sales being marked correctly in Meta Ads Manager?

I have been noticing that some purchases are not showing up properly, or the number of tracked sales does not match what I am seeing in my store. On top of that, it also feels like my ads are not being delivered properly.

I have checked the Pixel and Conversions API setup, but the issue still seems inconsistent. Has anyone experienced something similar recently? I would really appreciate any insight or suggestions.
