How techies use to purchase flat 2006-2018

The golden period 2006-2013. Almost all properties are sold out at launch. There use to be property mela everywhere with huge footfall and people use to purchase instantly. Property was affordable.

Trend was, if someone get onsite opportunity. First thing tbey do is booking the flat, and then going onsite, coming back and paying home loan back.

None of my friends paid home loan for 15 years, at most its 5 years.
