I actually never been diagnosed of anything

I recently realised after years of thinking I have AGA, that I've never been diagnosed with it by any doctor, I asked my endocrinologist and she said that she doesn't know what I have, I don't have pcos and i don't have aga, my hormones are good, I just have a low iron, could it be only that? what is your diagnosis? and what happens if no doctor understands what you have
