Pimples on jawline/cheeks: indicative of boy or girl?

Talking to a friend today and she mentioned that she heard someone that pimples in the first trimester are usually a sign that you’re carrying a girl. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I’ve been getting some pimples since week 3 along my jawline. It was actually the very first thing that made me suspicious that I was pregnant because I never get pimples. In your experience this old wives tales proved right or wrong? Is it just BS?
