Dermatologist + Bridal Recommendations

I’m going to be a bride next year IA and honestly everything feels a bit overwhelming. I’m the first one in my family to get married and I don’t have a sister either, so I have literally no idea where to start with so many things.
I’m from a small city near Lahore, so I’d really appreciate some genuine recommendations.
First, I’m looking for a good dermatologist in Lahore. My skin is pretty clear Alhamdulillah, I just have genetic dark circles and a little uneven skin tone. I have around 6 months, so I want to start taking care of it properly and only do treatments that are actually needed. Please recommend someone who genuinely assesses your skin and doesn’t just suggest 10 random procedures.

Then comes the bridal dress confusion.
I don’t really want to go for a farshi lehnga because I feel like it’s become very mainstream now. I really love the kind of work Deena Rahman and Shahab Tasaduq do, but I’ve mostly seen their work online and don’t know much about the actual fabrics/work.
Can someone please explain how mukesh, pitta and zardozi work look on silk? And which silk is actually best for a bridal outfit? I want something that will last for years because ideally I’d love to preserve it and pass it down to my daughter one day.
Also how is this work on net in terms of durability? Does it hold up well over time?
If anyone has gotten similar work done, especially in Lahore or Bahawalpur, please tell me where you got it from or recommend some authentic shops/artisans. I’m also thinking of doing a pishwas with a sharara instead of the usual farshi, so if anyone has ideas/references for that I’d love to see them.
And lastly, I have a few of my mother’s old clothes that I really want to renovate instead of buying completely new outfits, but I have absolutely zero sense of designing. If you know someone who is actually good at reworking old clothes and keeping the original work intact, please recommend them too.
