Recommendation for 50 Year Old Man

My uncle, who is 50, wants one of these devices to play some old SNES and PS1 era games.

He wants to play them on the TV though, so it would need an HDMI out.

He’s also not really tech savvy.

Any recommendations for a good device that’s less than $100 and easily connects to the TV / with a Bluetooth remote that doesn’t require any configuration beyond connection?

And maybe the ability to grab games easily without any need to connect to a PC?
