Does anyone have issues with Jomashop not successfully taking their order?

Hey yall. I placed an order about 15 min ago on jomashop for some colognes and it charged it to my account right away but I have neither gotten an email about the order nor does my account say it received the order. I’m just curious about this bcuz it’s my first time going thru them so I don’t know how it works. I’m just nervous that it charged my account but I havent gotten a confirmation yet and the items are still in my cart
