Legal Recourse for Car Dealership Issues?

Hello! American living in Belgium here. About a month back I bought a car from a dealership. I went to get it registered and now I’m being told that in order to do so that it must have a post-accident check. I was provided a regular Technical Inspection as well as a wheel alignment check, but no specific post-accident check or Chassis alignment check.

I asked the dealership about this and was told no refunds. Is this grounds for refund under Belgian law? Is there a specific legal route I can take here for one that isn’t absurdly expensive?
