Problem with Woodman class

I have just bought the Woodman class and my sack will not let me store any extra wood at all. I have got to level 2 and 3. It wont even let me pick up 1 extra piece at all, iv tried with my brown and good sack. Iv tried restarting 4 times but nothing is happening 😩
