Michael Myers Skullector

Hi, has anyone from England received Michael yet? I have ordered and payed for her, got confirmation for the order, it's been over a month now and I'm just a bit confused as to why she's taking so long to arrive. This is the first Skullector I've ever bought so I'm not really sure how this is all meant to go? Is it normal for it to take so long to be delivered? Xx
