Job Question

About a month ago my operations manager informed me that the security company I work for was expanding & that myself & a few other guards would be supervisors & one of the guards (corporate kiss ass) was getting promoted to assistant manager.
Well 2 weeks ago the expansion kicked off & it caught us off guard… they just threw us into the fire & we barley had a chance to train the new guards at one of our sites that’s 45 mins from our area. The first day we gave them a quick run down & sent them on their way (per the operations manager) & the guards we hired never got trained properly & the radio etiquette is terrible.. a bunch of unnecessary call outs & they have no idea where they are going or doing & the client we work for is frustrated with the way things are going. So I’m getting the complaints from the client & I asked the client if he wanted me to intervene & he told me to stand down & let the higher ups figure it out. Well so far we have guards showing up to our site not knowing where to go & I’m getting phone calls from the assistant manager to help the new guys out (Mind you) the assistant manager is already getting paid the assistant manager wage & we so called supervisors are plugging up the holes for the discrepancies of the company without the pay. And pretty much giving the new guys all info that they never received from upper management so things can go a lot smoother
How would you guys take it ???
