A bit of a dumb question..

Is Nintendo phasing out cartridges? I wanted to get fallout 4 and the new Batman on switch but neither have physical copies. I only used to buy cartridges, but I’ve just realised I haven’t bought a physical in a while and kind of wish I had all physical, as I love looking at my actual owned collection.
