Problem with billing

Hi. I need some help unravelling my account as I need to cancel a subscription but also back up my data. I started off with ChatGPT Plus which I'm paying £20 for. However I also have a Business Workspace which I am being billed £43.20 for. My original chats from Plus were moved to Business and I continued to use this account, but really don't need to be using it.

A) Can I transfer my chats from my business account to my plus account so that they are backed up and I can continue them if I need to?

B) I can't find my billing details for the business account on the site to cancel, only the Plus account details. My bank statement is showing me being billed for both.
