What gifts can I get someone who enjoys baking sweet things occasionally?
My wife does not bake often, but enjoys it a lot when she does, I was thinking of getting her a bundle of baking appliances/goods for around £200 to encourage her to bake more but was not too sure what she would like or need, she's not an expert but I'm sure she'd be interested in learning and improving.
We already have a stand mixer, but she does not really use it, she does most mixing by hand I think because it's too big and annoying to clean afterwards. We have many cake tins/muffin trays/baking trays. She is usually happy to go for cheaper options so an expensive set of these things I'm not too sure she would care about unless it showed clear results/improvements to the finished product compared to a cheaper version.
A lot of recipe's she finds online by searching and picking at random, is there a baking recipe book that is a great all in one that covers most baked goods?
All idea's and suggestions welcome, I will probably also throw in a lot of necessary ingredients from whatever recipe book I get her, but I'd mostly like to invest in a good appliance she use often.
