In-Game Performance Optimization Option

Hey guys, so I've been using the performance optimization setting since I started playing on season 8 and now on season 10, I can't seem to find it anymore. It really helped with boosting my fps and and reducing lag so I'm just a bit confused, is it just gone for me? or for you guys too? also, how do I get it back?
