Australian gym-goers: What do you think about L-Arginine?
Hey everyone,
I'm looking into the research and real-world use of L-Arginine, particularly among people who train regularly in Australia.
I'd be interested in hearing from people who have actually used it:
- Do you currently take L-Arginine? If so, what made you choose it?
- If you've used it, did you personally notice any difference during your workouts?
- If you had to choose between L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, which would you choose and why?
- Do you think L-Arginine makes sense as a standalone supplement, or is it more useful as part of a pre-workout?
I'm especially interested in actual experience, but I'd also appreciate any evidence or research you've come across.
And please be honest — if you think L-Arginine is unnecessary or overrated, I'd genuinely like to hear why.
