Has anyone had a cat survive after having a urinary blockage?

The first time I heard of urinary blockages in cats was last year when I saw someone mention it on Reddit. Their cat ended up passing away after getting blocked again almost immediately after the procedure. Shortly after reading about this, my sister’s cat had a blockage, and the same thing happened—had the procedure, got blocked again then passed away. Now my brother’s cat is going through the same thing. Had the procedure a couple days ago, now he’s back at the vet because of another blockage. Has anyone actually had any good outcomes? It would be nice to hear it if you have.
