Only One AOR Received

Hello! I am in the US. I submitted two applications, one for my G1 mother, and one for myself, her G2 son - with myself as the representative. The applications were submitted back in March 2026. I received one AOR for my mother, but not myself in June. I did not receive an AOR addressed to me. I have been able to check my application status via the UCI using my receipt number. Yesterday, I got the long awaited instructions for my mother's certificate of citizenship. On my application status, I also have a decision made. However, without the Application Number or UCI, I have been unable to access it. I am so close. I have tried reaching out via the webform, however, no response yet. I have also tried reaching out on the phone via the Pearson Airport Border number, and then transferring over to the IRCC. The option for help is not transferring to agents due to high call volume. Does anyone have any suggestions to get this information sooner? Thank you!
