My aunt wanted us to live with her and then left us with nothing

Hi, I wanted to share what’s happening with my husband, our five animals, and me after we moved to New York for a $1,000-a-month basement apartment that became unsafe after only a week. We’re now paying for a hotel week by week, and most of my husband’s paycheck is going toward keeping us sheltered while I continue as a full-time student and try to save for an apartment.
