Minecraft bedrock on PC, can I use a microsoft card or xbox card for buying minecoins?

First time trying to purchase minecoins, on microsoft rewards the minecoins are out of stock so I am looking to work around that but I want to make sure I grab the correct type of gift card type before I redeem.

When I go to redeem, I see credit/debit card, Ewallet which is shows paypal as the photo, mobile phone and redeem a gift card, it does not say what version of gift card, however since microsoft purchased mojang years ago I would think they can be purchased that way.

I did not see something like on steam where there is a steam wallet option when you go to checkout.
