Picking up a puppy after vaccine reaction. Major concern?

I’m supposed to pick up a puppy next week. After the litter got their first vaccines, all the puppies became very lethargic with swollen legs/feet, and a few had paw pads start bleeding.
The vet isn’t sure why.

Would this make you seriously reconsider getting the puppy, or is it something that can happen and be managed with future vaccines?
