Anarchy 3X Server got Stolen :(

So Im a console Player. And for awile I been playing on Custom Servers. Namely a Server Called Anarchy 3X hosted by Anarchy. He was such a kind guy and frequently Spoiled his Players because he was happy to have such a Friendly Community in his Server. And now someone by the Name of Havoc Stole the Server. And Password Locked it saying "Server Host Was Slacking, No Declaration has been Set" I know Anarchy must be Heartbroken by this. Is there a way on how I can help him or perhaps talk to someone that Can Help Anarchy get the Server He paid for Back in his Hands?
