So I'm starting to see a little bit of a problem with all these Hard Start tickets

I've noticed a massive uptick in Hard Start tickets in my area. No big deal. We all want stuff done when we want it done. I don't even like it when my ISP gives me a 2 hour window of time that they'll show up instead of telling me what time they will be there.

But I'm also seeing a massive uptick in unassigned tickets that had a hard start 3 or 4 days ago.

They have requests but the buyer never assigned them to anyone. I'm assuming this is because the requestors didn't meet one or more of the requirements but I just find it mildly amusing that all these buyers want us there at the same time, want to pay us $35/hr and then end up getting nobody or enough of the bottom of the barrel that even they won't accept it
