Why does everyone have hyper armour

So the other day I played a few games in a row and I noticed that like 5-6 of the characters I versed had hyper armour, why? The whole point of hyper armour is that it makes those big slow attacks harder to counter, theres absolutely no reason why pirate or berserker should have it, and if we’re just giving it to everybody then why does BP (my main) NOT have it. I get that complaining about this game is like pointing at shit and saying it smells but yeah, quick rant for you.
