Paroxetine

Hi, 10 weeks ago i started 10mg. 2 weeks later going to 20mg. It did nothing.. i was 7 weeks on 20.. now im 10 days on 30, but so much anxiety dpdr panic… ( i have this before the medication ) when goes it better….
