Greenz or Tilal Binghatti?

Hi All

im planning to by a property in Dubai. I ended up with 2 options. Greenz by Danube or Tilal Binghatti?

both almost same price similar spacious floor plan for the 4bh. Im not looking for investment since i will live in them.

What i like about Greenz is that its going to be furnished. But what do you all think? I do live outside the UAE and planning to move over there.

Im open to suggestions and other options.
