Should i get mornye or not needed

Hey new player here been playing on and off past month or so . I had Iuno and her weapon and now pulled jingran with his weapon and it took me 170 pulls just for s0r1 . I had to even use all corals just to barely get the weapon at like pull 77. Idk why i feel the account is kinda gimped but not sure..i dont have SK or mornye for him either i just have verina at s3 but idk how good she is for him or should i try going for mornye ? Sitting at 0 pulls now though. I am homestly also considering starting a mew qccount due to those 170 pulls (idl feels like a larhe amount just for 1 char and weap when i dont even have any other limoteds aside from Iuno)
