Why people posting for friends in reddit if they really don't want one .

Hey I'm 27 m doc looking for friends. I used to post here and many other subreddits due to my loneliness. I used to comment in posts similar to mine, suprisingly almost 90 percent of the OP s don't reply . It's not just my experience,i have seen they are ignoring others too ,soo what do u think?? Are they just here for karma farming .
