So what happened to Porsha’s mom?

We overall never find out about the mother of Porsha Crystal in Sing 2, she never physically appears or is mentioned. (Don’t get me wrong, but we never see Johnny’s mother or Meena’s father or Nooshy and Ash’s own parents in the Sing movies either nor are they mentioned implying that Johnny’s mom and Meena’s dad are both dead while Ash and Nooshy distanced themselves from their own parents after graduating from high school and moving into their own homes.) Though I have three theories:

1. Porsha’s mother is dead, she must have died of unknown causes either in Porsha’s childhood or teens before Sing 2 and Jimmy is a widower and the loss of his wife either contributed to his overall evil personality or caused it instead. (If this were the case, it would have made Jimmy Crystal the evil counterpart to Clay Calloway since they are both characters reeling from the losses of their wives and while Clay learned to move on, Jimmy didn’t which made him evil and ruin his own life. While Clay never managed to have any children, with his wife Ruby, despite forming a daughter-father like bond with Ash, Jimmy did have Porsha his daughter with his unknown wife and his evil personality mainly stemming from grief or desperation for respect strained his relationship with her.)

After Jimmy’s arrest, Porsha either continued living in Redshore City alongside Nooshy, Darius and Suki in her Dad’s former mansion and estate, getting her own job and career in the process, or she moved to Calatonia in a new house or apartment alongside Suki, Nooshy and Darius themselves to live closer to her new friends. Sing 3 might confirm this.

2. Porsha’s mom is alive, and she is a fashion designer who was likely on a business trip during the film’s events, (It never revealed what her overall relationship with Jimmy was like despite his evil behavior but she likely didn’t spoil or abuse Porsha like he did.) but after what happened over Jimmy going berserk and trying to kill Buster for not allowing Porsha to do the lead role in the musical play “Out of This World” performing at his theater due to her bad acting mainly just for his ego which got him arrested, lead to Porsha’s mom divorcing her husband and leaving him in prison to rot while Porsha continued living with her mom at their mansion in Redshore City or moved to Calatonia to live with her new friends but kept in touch with her mom in the meantime.

If this were the case, Suki must have been the one appointed by Porsha’s mom to keep others out of trouble from Jimmy at all costs.

3. Porsha’s mom divorced Jimmy for his evil behavior before Sing 2 and ran off trying to bring Porsha likely a baby or four year old wolf pup at the time with her but failed and she with no option left when into hiding while Porsha and Suki (Either a teen or child herself.) remained in the custody of Jimmy for a decade and a half until Buster and his friends came along and helped them get Jimmy arrested for his crime and cruelty allowing Porsha and Suki to start their own independent lives.
   Sing 3 I think will focus on Porsha reuniting with her long-lost mother and when questioned over why she left her to suffer in Jimmy’s wrath all those years she gives the “Mommy Had a Good Reason in Abandoning You” statement to earn Porsha’s forgiveness and sympathy.

What is your pick out of these choices: (Although we don’t know what Porsha’s mom looks like, we do know that she must be a gray wolf like Porsha herself since Porsha was born a gray wolf like her mom and not an Arctic wolf like her dad.)
