In what order did you play the games?

I recently bought a PC and after playing a few things, I finally played RDR1 without knowing anything about the game, and then I continued with the second one knowing almost nothing, only about Arthur's death. And well, I wanted to know in what order some of you played, because I know that many people didn't play the first one and just played the second.
