Kitten and Giardia

Hello! We recently adopted a kitten who developed explosive diarrhea about 2 weeks after we got her. She was diagnosed with Giardia, but the cysts have not yet formed. We have 4 other cats that I am trying to keep from so contracting it. We have her in isolation and is getting antibiotics 2x a day for 3 days now (today will be day 4.) Before she was diagnosed, the other cats seemed to pick up on something funky coming from her, because they refused to use the same litter space as her. Regardless, we dumped all their litter and bleached their stainless steel boxes. Is there anything else I can do? As far as the baby goes, I have been scooping her box in the isolation area several times a day, as well as trying to wash her up so she doesn’t need to clean herself, but that is a nightmare all of its own. Any further suggestions on minimizing chances of our others getting it and making sure she gets it out of her system? It’s been a really terrible couple of weeks.
