Why is my laptop camera be lookin like this in obs?

So this is my first time stepping to this sub, since i have no idea what's wrong wit my camera,

so i just upgrade/ replace my laptop with a brand new one. i went to download obs and when i add my laptop camera to the scene, it looks broken. only obs that turn my camera into an glitchy/ old crt tv with no signal. can you guys help me on how to fix this? ( since this sub doesnt allowed images, can i put a link for the image?>here's the problem!<
