NEC register site not working

Guys I was a pass out 2 years ago, then I went abroad and haven’t given the license exam, I am talented and can pass in one go, from yesterday I am trying to open this register.nec.gov.np, but for some reason this is not working?? Any suggestions on how to register for exam? I am really frustrated here.
