Hi! We’re looking for someone who can move quickly to sublet our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment on the Upper East Side for the final two months of our lease. We have loved living here for nearly 4 years. It’s a very cosey apartment with LOTS of storage space.

Dates: October 1 – November 30

Rent: $3,250/month

Location: Yorkville/Upper East Side, approximately 3–4 blocks from the 86th Street Q

Apartment/building features:

•	2 bedrooms / 1.5 bathrooms – South-facing apartment (facing the inside of the block, extremely quiet at night)

•	Elevator building

•	Laundry in the building

•	Video intercom

•	Very responsive and available super

•	Split-bedroom layout: Large primary bedroom that fits a king-size bed; Second bedroom fits a full-size bed and also works very well as a home office (which is what we use it for)

•	Open kitchen with island/ Breakfast bar

•	Dishwasher and Full-size appliances

•	3 large closets, including a walk-in

•	Hardwood floors

•	In-wall heating and A/C

•	Shower/tub combination

•	Trash chute on each floor

•	Verizon Fios and Spectrum available

•	Pets permitted with approval

This would be a two-month sublet through the end of our current lease. If you’re interested in remaining in the apartment after November 30, you would need to arrange a new lease directly with building management.

Because of the short timeline, we’re looking for someone serious who is ready to move quickly and complete the necessary sublet approval process. We would require first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month’s rent ($3,250) before move-in.

We’re happy to share a more specific location privately.

Please DM me with a little about yourself, your desired move-in date, and whether you’d potentially be interested in staying beyond November 30.
