Very diff experience, can any experience people share some insights?

So, I have offered a role in their deal advisory HRDD team. The process was smooth timely and the ta was super responsive. I had an offer from big 6. So I get 80% hike on my current salary. As far I have heard in this community my experience is different for now. Any one have insights into this team?
