I need help

Hello! I am 28f I/C technician, graduated in 2022 with my AAS but went back to school and got a BS in Management, I got a job right after graduation 2022 working Smartplant instrumentation, data transfers and spec sheet, but I have never been to the field. The thing is I worked until this past August and I am looking for a new position, my previous position was “jr technical consultant “ and would like to know what do I need to do or what do I need to learn to be better prepared and more attractive to employers because I have been applying nonstop and can’t even get interviews.

Please help!
