Weird glitch.

For the second time, an odd glitch

has ate my hybrid plants. First it glitched & ate my hybrid pink & blue hydrangea, then just now it glitched & ate my pink & yellow & pink & white crocus, as I was literally in the middle of checking the coordinate guide for "Friends Forever." Can anyone help me out?
