Should I get the MSQ skip?

I played ffxiv till half way of shadowbringers about 3-4 years ago but now I can’t remember my user id to get the account back, and square enix did not help me much with the account retrieval. So I had to start all over again, played to level 30 on the free trial version, the process is really grindy as ARR is VERY long.

Now I’m wondering if I should just get the MSQ skip till stormblood to continue the game from shadowbringers. Of course I am aware that character level wont change so if I do get the skip I will be getting a job level boost as well.

Other than the price, is there anything else to take note of?
