We are hiring fast, and only limited spots are available.

We are working with established content creators, currently representing models with 400,000 to 1,000,000 followers and reels that regularly reach 200,000 to 5,000,000 views.

We are hiring chatters to manage direct messages, build genuine connections with fans, and drive revenue through pay-per-view content, bundles, and subscription renewals.

What you will do:

Manage a high-volume, fast-paced inbox while staying consistent with the creator's voice and personality.

Build authentic, ongoing conversations with both new fans and long-time subscribers.

Sell pay-per-view content and bundles through natural conversation, not pressure tactics.

Reach out to subscribers whose renewal is coming up to reduce churn.

Track and report your own performance numbers at the end of each shift.

Schedule:

- 9 AM to 5 PM EST
- 5 PM TO 1 AM EST
- 1 AM TO 9 AM EST

Pay:

Base + commission: $2 per hour + 5% commission on the revenue you personally generate, across both new subscriber sales and renewals.

No cap on earnings. The more you sell, the more you take home.

What we are looking for:

18 years or older.

Excellent written English and strong typing speed.

Prior experience in chatting, sales, or customer service is a plus, but the right personality and work ethic matter more than a resume.

Comfortable holding a consistent tone and persona across long conversations.

Reliable internet connection and availability for full shifts.

Discreet and serious about confidentiality around the creator's identity and content.
