Assalam-o-Alaikum,

I am seeking the assistance of residents and members of this forum regarding a serious theft incident that occurred at my residence in **Sector G-6/2, Islamabad**.

Approximately **9 tola of gold, with an estimated value of Rs. 36–37 lacs**, has been stolen from our residence. At the time of the incident, I was away at work, while my elderly parents were present at home.

The individual concerned had recently approached residents in our street seeking domestic employment, including cleaning, sweeping, and other household chores. Due to the fact that all of my siblings and I are employed full-time and my elderly parents require assistance at home, we urgently required a full-time domestic worker following the departure of our previous maid.

Unfortunately, proper identity verification was not carried out by my father before she was allowed access to the residence. When my parents requested her CNIC, she stated that it had been submitted to **BISP in connection with financial assistance** and will be provided the next day. My mother stood over her during her cleaning but she somehow tricked her in bringing a new cleaning brush for toilet cleaning adjacent to the living room where her daughter was pressing clothes and i believe during that time she broke the almirah and stole the gold.

I acknowledge that appropriate verification should have been undertaken before granting access to the residence. This incident has highlighted the importance of verifying the identity and background of domestic workers, particularly in households where elderly family members may be present without other adult family members.

An **(FIR) has already been lodged with the police**, and the matter is currently under investigation. I am sharing the available **CCTV images of the individual entering the residence**, as well as the **telephone number used to contact my mother (03438517927)**, solely for the purpose of seeking information that may assist the investigation.

If any member of this forum recognizes the individual, has previously employed her, or possesses any **credible information regarding her identity or whereabouts**, I would be grateful if the information could be shared with me or directly with the investigating police authorities.

**Please do not confront or approach the individual yourself.** Any information should be provided to the relevant authorities for verification and further legal action.

I would particularly request residents of **G-6/2 and adjoining sectors of Islamabad** to exercise due diligence when employing domestic workers and to ensure proper **CNIC verification, reference checks, and identity confirmation** before granting access to their residences.

Your assistance in identifying the picture or in tracking the number (**03438517927)** will be highly appreciated, please.

**Thank you for your cooperation and support.**
