Coming in for buddies birthday, best place to get him a quality bottle of tequila?

Just like the title says, I am coming in for a buddies birthday. I got him a very nice bottle of tequila here and then learned that UPS and FedEx will not ship it since I am not a alcohol distributor.

Where are places to find a wide selection of quality tequila's in Cleveland now-a-days?
