Inbox hijack

My mom got her email inbox hacked, they did something for her inbox to create draft automatically from a unknown sented and it says her old password and a crypto wallet. I’ve change the password and 2FA, check it there was hidden rules ect and there’s no to do list. Is the only thing left to do is wait for hours for support to reply to my chat?
