BPI delayed intl remittance or swift transfer

Helo, anyone has experienced delayed remittance this month or this year with BPI? Usually intnl bank transfers via SWIFT takes only 1-2 days but it has been 7 days.

Sender has been deducted already with the amount. I've called BPI and submitted tickets but no resolve yet. I have no idea what's going on, this has been the first time it happened.
