41 [M4F] - Nerdy married dad here looking

Hey! I’ll start with why I’m on here. I’ve been married for over 15 years. We got married too young and have never been right for each other. Marriage was more of a way of escaping our family situations at the time. We never connected intellectually or in our shared interests. For a long time now she has been more of a dependent than a partner. I take care of most things with our day to day and with our kids. I actually don’t mind for the most part. It just gets lonely. I miss having someone to connect with, share about our days, talk about serious topics or just talk about nothing, someone to laugh with and definitely miss flirting.

A little about me:
- I’m 6’2” with brown hair and eyes. Willing to trade pics.

- I work remote in tech. It gives me the house to myself during the day. I really enjoy my job!

- I’m a night person. My brain wakes up after 10pm.

- I can be sarcastic when I get comfortable and have a dry sense of humor

- I have lots of interests and hobbies but my favorites are reading a good book (always taking recommendations), spending time with my kids and just getting out of the house (traveling, going on a hike, playing sports).
