Pregnancy test proplast

I very regular with my period, I get really heavy and tender breast, sharp cramps and back pain ( starting a week before period is due). This time I’m 2 days late, no symptoms at all like nothinggggg! I remember close to the due date I noticed a middle uterus pain but wasn’t too painful I just felt something for like a minute or two. I had spotting today this morning it’s afternoon and no period yet. I purchased proplast test done 4 and all negative I had sex ones during ovulation. I’m confused why no symptoms and no period if test is negative? What was ur experience with these pregnancy tests
