how to stop getting so mad when someone tells me what todo?

soooo my mother likes to tell me what todo (when i’m already doing it or just about todo it) and she really irked me a little bit ago when i called her, telling her that after i got off the phone with her i was calling a carpet cleaning company for my house that im moving into here soon

but i was just asking her basic questions about what i should get for the house and before i get off the phone she goes ‘you NEED to call the carpet cleaning company’

i can’t help but yell at her when she does this crap!! and she does it allllllllll the time! it frustrates me so bad so then after i don’t want todo it at all!

how do i stop this? both my mother telling me what todo when im already doing said thing/ stop getting so mad when she does it?
