Genesys - good choice?

Hi guys,

I’m currently in the VOC/CX space (Qualtrics), AE EMEA, but I’ve had a couple of conversations with Genesys.

Leaning towards that could be a great move. Anyone who has any inside feedback? I’ve looked at all the public sources available.
