V6 PRO remote suddenly stopped communicating with the vSeeBox. Remote batteries are fresh, red LED light is on, just cannot get anything to change. Heat, VOD, Ultra....entire screen is there on the TV, but when I press any button on the remote nothing happens. How do I troubleshoot from here?
