I have been looking for a therapist that specializes in what I need help with but everyone is outrageously expensive and it just pisses me off

I’ve been struggling with ocd for about ten years now on and off. I’ve talked to therapists but none that specialize in ocd and I haven’t gotten the right help. With another flare up that just happened, I’m really wanting to get the right help so I can move forward. I found a dr that charges 270 a session and after googling, that seems about right. I honestly just get mad that they charge that much to maximize their profits. At least that’s how I see it. Is my view point wrong? Like I already don’t like the therapists because none accept insurance and they all charge an insane amount. It’s like they’re feeding off of desperation.
