I want to know why mods delete posts whenever they consider issue ‘fixed’ when %95 of the time it’s not

like, I get it, it feels a non issue but to me its not a little thing, like ‘mods have removed this post’ okay… i posted about the site being down, but the site is STILL down?? does anyone know why they do this?
